At Generosité Fundraising and Communications we are known for our integrity, our commitment to excellence and for our passion. We provide extremely high-calibre fundraising and communications services in both English and French for the non-profit industry in Canada. Since its inception in 2013, our company has aways had exceptionally high standards of professionalism in both our management practices and on every call our colleagues make on behalf of our clients. We use a respectful, soft-sell, informative approach, leaving potential donors with a positive feeling, regardless of the interaction's outcome. We choose to remunerate our team members more than our competitors, attracting and retaining well-educated, articulate, high-quality people who can provide our clients with industry leading levels of representation in both official languages. Our business isn't just fundraising and communications; it's creating connections with other human beings.
Our company is different, in many ways. Our colleagues know this and often comment about the contrast with other work scenarios and environments they have experienced in the past. We understand that we are ambassadors for the organizations who hire us – we take this to heart. We always try to meet people where they are at and understand why the cause we are promoting matters to them, while at the same time being very mindful not to impose ourselves on them. We call it 360°caring because it extends to ALL stakeholders: our colleagues, our clients, customers we interact with as well as the company that we work for.
Dedication
We never give up – always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure success on our campaigns. Tenacity, attention to detail and willingness to “go the extra mile” are all part of our collective DNA. We purposely choose to limit the number of projects we are actively working on at any given time, such that we can be laser-focused on the success of each individual campaign.

To enable them to be as self-reliant as possible, we provide them with a solid foundation of knowledge pertaining to the campaigns they are working on and the organization they are representing. Then, we give them the leeway they need to be effective self-starters while continuing to provide them with all the resources they need to excel at their jobs. We do not believe in coercion and micro-management. We believe in treating our colleagues as responsible adults who will do what is right.

An attitude of the heart that translates into wanting to help and give generously. Every interaction is an opportunity to serve our higher nature, expanding the love and goodness in the world. We take customer service and patron satisfaction extremely seriously. Being polite, respectful, truthful and courteous is our golden rule. We reach out to our clients’ patrons and interact with them in a way that reflects positively on their organization.

Environmental Sustainability
Minimizing our ecological footprint is important to us. We plant a tree for every successful call we make on behalf of our clients, and we strive to minimize resource consumption in our office and in our business practices in general.
